Most of our products are shipped direct to you from our Australian warehouse, however there are some products that come from overseas. Any products that are shipped from overseas will be identified in the product description of the product and you will only see the relevant delivery method at checkout.

RETURNS
You have up to 30 days to return your unwanted items, provided the item is unworn.
Any non-returnable items due to hygiene factors are detailed within product descriptions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please note that bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
